The firm of Kozel & Rady was established in 1989 to meld the complementary practices of its two founding members, Timothy Kozel and Nancy Rady. Mr. Kozel and Ms. Rady are experienced trial and appellate lawyers who have extensive experience in civil litigation in both state and federal courts.
